Pricing & Billing
DizzyPhysio provides premium physical therapy services. Insurance companies incentivize short and frequent visits with your doctors. That's why most physical therapy clinics might recommend 2-3 visits per week. At DizzyPhysio, we believe such use of your time is inefficient at best and ineffective at worst. We want you to get as much out of each visit with your therapist as possible, which is why our therapists provide personalized, one-on-one care for as much time as is necessary to understand your condition and make progress towards your goals. We also employ the most experienced and knowledgeable therapists in their areas of expertise. Because of this, our patients often require fewer visits and report higher satisfaction with our services.
This is reflected in our pricing.
Our per-visit rate is not billable to insurance because it does not consider how much time or what services are provided so that the therapist can focus on providing the best care possible without worrying about the cost of their time. This is often a better value as the price is intended to cover the cost of basic services.
Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bill your insurance, so that we can verify your benefits and collect appropriately.
If you prefer to bill insurance, the price of the session will depend on how much time is spent with the therapist. You could estimate about $150/hour, although this is only an estimation and no guarantees are made on what services will be provided when billing insurance, because your therapist will not know what is needed until she evaluates your needs for each session.
Evaluation visits can take approximately 1-2 hours of one-on-one time with your therapist, and follow-up visits can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as an hour and a half! Our therapists have flexible schedules that allow them to spend as much time on your problem as necessary.
If you want high-quality care from experienced experts in vestibular rehab, but are concerned about the cost, first consider that fewer visits and more support between visits may save you money in the long run. If you have a maximum amount you wish to spend per visit and are willing to sacrifice time with your therapist, your therapist may be able to adjust her care accordingly after careful discussion.

Patient Right: Estimate of Cost of Services
This statement is included here as required by the No Surprises Act. All relevant information is provided above in our prominently displayed and transparent pricing structure. However, upon request:
DizzyPhysio will provide all patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for therapy services . Please retain a copy of your “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) quote.
Our initial estimate will be for the cost of the first visit, which will be for the evaluation. This estimate will be provided to you at least one (1) business day prior to the evaluation or prior to scheduling, if you prefer.
Before commencing with a treatment, a second estimate will be provided to you based on the established Plan of Care. If your Plan of Care needs modification during the episode of care because of your therapy needs, a new condition, or per your request, you will be informed and provided with a new estimate, and you will have the option to continue or cease treatments.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than the “Good Faith Estimate,” you can dispute the bill utilizing the Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution Process. The dispute resolution entities (SDR) are certified and selected by Health & Human Services (HHS). You must submit a dispute notice, the provider’s bill, and the “Good Faith Estimate” to HHS within 120 days of receiving the final bill from our practice. HHS will collect a $25 fee with your dispute resolution application.
